Biographical Sketch 
Dr. Leisch graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine in 2009. She then completed the Tinsley Harrison Internal Medicine Residency Program at UAB. After working as a community based hospitalist in Florida, she returned to UAB to join the Division of General Internal Medicine faculty.
Presently, she has a primary care clinic, directs an opioid safety clinic within resident clinic and facilitates chronic pain management education and clinical practice.
