Biographical Sketch 
Dr. White received her undergraduate degree from Princeton University and has received additional degrees from Birmingham-Southern College and the University of Alabama in Birmingham (UAB) in management and education. She completed her medical training at UAB including a fellowship in combined pediatric critical care and emergency medicine and joined the UAB faculty in 2008 as an assistant professor in pediatric emergency medicine. She has completed specialized training in simulation at the Center for Medical Simulation, Cambridge MA. Her current teaching, research and administrative interests are in the use, application and integration of simulation into all phases of the medical curriculum and post-doctoral, multi-disciplinary training.
