No LCME students accepted.
No osteopathic students accepted.
This course is only open to students who are EAB officers. Students will learn skills for success in their work at EAB, including how to plan and execute a quality improvement project as well as essential leadership skills in conflict resolution and time management. To earn credit for the course, students must: 1) attend all classroom sessions, 2) complete the "one-on-one" with a health system expert, 3) complete the final QI project assignment. Learning objectives: By the end of the course, students will be able to 1) Write an AIM statement, 2) Describe the process of quality improvement, 3) Implement two new leadership strategies.
Where To Report
Report first day Volker Hall, Room 302 at 4pm or Zoom if virtual.

Pass/Fail. Based on group assignments, written paper, class participation/attendance.
$100 fee will in be included in your fall tuition for undefined extended enrollment over the summer.
