Course Description Demonstrates knowledge necessary to obtain an orderly history on patients suspected of having pulmonary diseases. Demonstrates knowledge for performing an adequate physical examination of patients with these types of problems. Learn how to order and perform diagnostic studies and interprets laboratory data. Assist in identifying appropriate diagnosis or diagnoses and providing therapeutic intervention.

Evaluation At the completion of the rotation, the Attending Physician completes an End of Rotation form that is reviewed by the student. The results of this evaluation are used to give the students formative feedback regarding their educational experience. After review, it is returned to the Residency Office and placed in the student?s file.
