Course Description The independent Study Course (ISC) in the Continuous Enrollment Program provides students a structured process to explore and develop learning and personal skills needed to successfully complete pre-clinical coursework. The course involves self reflection and guided exploration, an individualized development plan, and assessment of progress. Topics may include learning strategies, test taking skills, strategies for mental and physical wellness, and professional identity formation

Requirements Attend all in-person meetings. Complete all asynchronous readings and assignments on personal and professional wellness topics.
Evaluation Attendance at mandatory meetings and course sessions. Satisfactory completion of all assignments.
Notes Specific learning opjectives will be developed as part of the individual development plan based on individual student needs.
