Biographical Sketch
I received my BS and PHD in Biochemistry from the University of Missouri, where I was trained in phage display and molecular imaging. I then did a postdoctoral fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital and the Harvard Medical School, where I developed mouse models of cancer immunotherapy and imaging agents to predict response to therapy.

Research/Clinical Interest
Title
Development of Novel Biological Agents to Personalize Cancer Therapy
Description
I am interested developing and utilizing new biological agents for the characterization and treatment of cancer, with a specific interest in the immune system. We utilize a tool called phage display to generate and screen billions of unique molecules, called nanobodies, for targeting important proteins in cancer and the immune system. We utilize these molecules to generate clinically translatable PET imaging agents that can non-invasively detect biological changes that are predictive of response to therapy, before changes in the tumor size.
