Biographical Sketch
Comprehensive Bioinformatics data analysis services, high quality operation and collaboration. This includes high throughput datasets of microarrays and next generation sequencing out of genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and microbiomics projects. We will provide statistical assistance from study design (sample size estimation and power analyses), survival analysis, data management, and publications.

Research/Clinical Interest
Title
Bioinformatics in biology and molecular mechanism in cancer and other diseases
Description
* Single cell transcriptomics: by 10x genomics or NanoString. * Spatial transcriptomics: by 10x genomics or NanoString. * DNA-seq: Whole genome-seq (WGS), exome-seq (WES) and SNPs analysis * RNA-seq: expression data analysis and annotation. * CHIP-seq: for transcription factor or cofactor binding. * Epigenetics: (acetylation, methylation) data analysis. * Proteomics: and integration of with other omics data. * Microbiomics: qiime2/PICRUST2/Stamp (through CCTS Microbiome Core.) * Lipidomics: lipid-based interaction and pathways. * Data mining and Statistical analysis based on arrays and sequencing * Other less commonly requested services, ** Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA) ** Gene Ontology (GO) analysis. ** Pathway analysis by IPA. ** Alternative splicing ** Isoforms analysis ** Copy number variation (CNV): ** Statistical analysis (Power analyses, sample size estimation, and survival analysis.
