Biographical Sketch 
Dr. Askenazi received his bachelor of arts in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin in 1994. He completed his medical school from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in 1998. He completed his pediatric residency at the Austin Pediatric Education Program in 2003 and subspecialty training in Pediatric Nephrology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas in 2005. He completed a Masters of Science in Clinical Research at University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2008
