Course Description
This is a daily small group session with 1 to 4 students where electrocardiogram (ECG) interpretation is taught. The electrocardiograms performed throughout UAB hospital are used for interpretattion by generally three rotating attending cardiologists and some didactic teaching is done as well with emphasis on correllating ECG findings with cardiovascular pathophysiology. Students report daily from Monday through Friday during the two week session. There are no weekend or night call responsibilities.
