Course Description
Interventional Radiology is a rapidly expanding and changing field which offers the opportunity to provide patient care in a minimally invasive setting. In addition to arteriography and arterial interventions, Interventional radiologist provide vascular access services, place gastrostomies, and care for a wide range of dialysis related problems. We also help treat complicated biliary and Nephrology patients. This course will teach a basic approach to the care and follow-up of interventional patients. We will also teach basic skills and techniques used in the performance of these procedures.

Requirements
Attend daily morning conferences as well as mandatory conferences. Work up and follow assigned patients. Participate in procedures with residents, fellows and attendings.
