Course Description
This clinical course provides comprehensive exposure to the diagnosis, surgical treatment, and post-operative management of benign and malignant breast disease. Emphasis is also placed upon multidisciplinary care including adjuvant chemotherapy and radiation therapy. The student will play an integral role in the pre- and post- operative management of surgical patients in the outpatient clinic. Faculty members include: Kertrisa McWhite and Pamela Strickland.
