Course Description This course is designed to provide a review of gross anatomy for third and fourth year students based on their interests. Students may choose to dissect and review the anatomy of either the head/neck, limbs, or torso. The course format will primarily involve independent study and dissection, but may also include lectures and near-peer teaching of MS1 and MS2 students. Students should contact the course director prior to enrollment in order to design the individualized course format. This course may be of special interest to students interested in surgical specialties. Learning Objectives: 1) Describe the three dimensional anatomy of the human body; 2) Relate human anatomy to medical illness and surgical intervention. There is a $100 anatomy laboratory fee associated with this course.

Requirements Complete gross human dissection of relevant region, participate in lectures and near-peer teaching if mutually agreed by student and course director.
