Course Description |
This course provides an in-depth look at lifestyle and medical practice in a non-urban Alabama community of student's choice at a time where there is no recruitment pressure. Students will develop a knowledge base for future consideration of the site as a practice location, enhance their ability to evaluate communities and hospitals for practice locations, and will develop relationships in the community. |

Requirements |
The student will be required to keep a daily log of activities and confirmation of attendance. An oral summary of the experience will be discussed with the course director and a written post-course evaluation submitted. |
