Biographical Sketch 
Dr. Robert J. Dabal is an Assistant Professor of Surgery and Chief of the Section of Neonatal Cardiac surgery in the Divisio of Cardiothoracic Surgery. His areas of expertise include neonatal and pediatric cardiac surgery. Dr. Dabal has traveled to third-world countries to operate on children with congenital heart defects: Uganda, Nicaragua, Ecuador, China, Grenada, and Peru. He has been a mentor and preceptor for medical students and residents for the past several years.
